CLC World 7 nights free accommodation

It appears that I have "won" 7 nights free accommodation in a leading resort of your choice between Orlando, Turkey, Tenerife or the Costa del Sol, Spain.
All I have to do to collect my holiday is attend a two hour exhibition. I also collect £75 vouchers just for turning up.
I'm very tempted to go and do an Ian Paisley.
From what I've googled it seems that the holiday is hard work and not that much cheaper than if you'd booked it yourself but the vouchers seem legit.
Any experience of these guys, I believe they were previously known as Club la Costa.

Hmm. Good Old Time Share re-named. don't think i would be going even if they offered me 2 weeks. I remember the good old hard sell when you get there.0

Promotion rather than a win, they have been around for ages

From what I've read they make choosing the date, resort and airport difficult, often not advising of the last two until a week or two before the holiday. And when one person who went actually priced all up it wasn't that much cheaper than if they had organised the whole trip themselves.
I'm certainly not going to take up the holiday but I am still tempted to go to the hard sell to collect the £75 in shopping vouchers promised.0 -
funnily enough.. I just had a call from them this morning. Added number to my blocked list. :-)0

I remember having something like this years and years ago, long before I started comping so I almost fell for it. I had a call saying I'd won a cruise or a holiday or somesuch, and "all I had to do" to claim my prize was come along to some presentation somewhere miles away. The alarm bells started ringing then and I put the phone down, on further digging into the company it turned out they were a hard sell timeshare type firm. So I'm glad I swerved it. This sounds very similar tbh, I'd give it a miss.0

I won this just before Christmas. Alarms bells rang when they asked me to confirm that I'm a homeowner.0

Apparently I filled in a survey and got selected to get a "heavily discounted" holiday (wanted income confirmation first though ). I told her it would have to be heavily discounted as I'm moving house so she said it could be a uk destination! She thought I was in the car and said they'd call back later.
I blocked the number and they've since called me from 4 different numbers!0
