Terms and conditions
1 The prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coregeo Ltd, its affiliated companies, participating Retailers, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2 To enter, you must purchase one of the specially marked packs of Pink Lady® apples. The label from the pack will include a unique code,
which you need to enter at www.pinkladyapples.co.uk/competitions.
3 The first date on which you can enter your code online is
18th January 2016,
and the last date on which you can enter your code online is
by 11.59pm 21st February 2016.
4 The Promoter is Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX
5 The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the website is available, but is not responsible for any inability to enter arising from any unavailability of the website or other technical or communications problems.
6 Only one entry per pack. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
7 The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received up to midnight on 21st February 2016.
8 The winners will be notified by email on or after 22nd February 2016. All prizes must be claimed by 6th March 2016 by return email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, but if any prize is not claimed by 6th March 2016 an alternative winner for that prize will be chosen.

9 There will be 25 winners in total of which 5 will win a weekend for two at one of the 5 destinations listed below and 20 will win a hamper.


The prize destinations are Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Budapest and Lisbon. Destinations will be allocated to the winners by the Promoter
as the winners are drawn.
The winners will not be given a choice as to their holiday destination.

10 Each prize includes return economy flights from a major airport in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), transfers in the destination country, 2 nights’ accommodation (Friday and Saturday) in a luxury hotel (4 star or more) selected by the Promoter and includes breakfast. Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the airport in the UK.
11 All travellers must ensure that they hold a valid passport, suitable travel insurance and any other arrangements relating to the holiday which are not expressly included in the prize.
12 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13 All prizes must be booked by 1st May 2016 and taken by December 2016. Holiday dates are subject to availability. Some dates, including bank holiday weekends may be unavailable.
14 The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
15 Winners of prizes may be required to take part in related publicity.
