Instagram - How do you 'regram'?

Maybe I'm being daft but I cannot work out how to regram to enter competitions on Instagram. Can anyone shed some light please?
So many competitions...so little time...

Shame I have to go to work!

    There's a few apps that you can download that allows you to repost/regrarm someone else's photo on Instagram. You aren't being daft, I had to google it when I first saw the term!

    You can also screenshot and repost that with the correct #tags, that's what I do as the regram app i was using kept crashing my system ( HTC, Android system)

    I've used 'Repost & Regram for Instagram' and 'Repost for Instagram' on my mobile, both are easy to use and free. Hope that helps BlueBella :)
