1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
and its group companies (“Promoter”),
Saint Lucia Tourist Board and Hotel Chocolat,
their families, agents or anyone else
professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as
final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via
telegraph.co.uk/st-lucia
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

4. Late, illegible, incomplete,
defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies
and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and
proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
One 1st Prize winner and five Runner-up Prize winners will be drawn
at random from all entries received by the closing date.

5. All entries must be received by Midnight on
Monday, February 29, 2016.

6. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter by email
or phone within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable,
a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. The 1st Prize winner will win a seven-night holiday for two adults to Saint Lucia.
The prize package comprises:
• Return economy class flights from London Gatwick
to St Lucia Hewanorra with British Airways;
• Transfers between the airport and the hotel;
• Seven nights accommodation in the 4-star Coco Palm hotel,
based on two adults sharing a twin or double room
on a half-board basis;
and
• A Jus Sail tour on board the sloop Good Expectation,
including drinks, snacks and an informal tasting
of Saint Lucia distillers multi-award winning
Premium and Super Premium Rums.
9. Five Runner-up Prize winners will each win
a £50 Hotel Chocolat hamper.
10. The 1st Prize must be taken as one package.
11. The 1st Prize does not include travel between the
winner’s home and airport,
travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
12. The 1st Prize is valid for travel from
April 1 to December 20, 2016 and excludes May 1 to May 15,
July 13 to July 20, 2016, school and bank holidays.
Other blackout dates may apply.
Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended.
The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
13. All prizes are subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
14. The winners may be required to participate in
reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter,
Jus Sail, Hotel Chocolat and Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
15. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of
administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the
permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or
the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons
beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter
may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion
and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the
Promoter as a result thereof.
17. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion,
which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
