General Terms and Conditions for Banks's Bonus promotion YEAR: 2

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, its agents and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.

2. To enter the competition, entrants must go to https://www.bankssbeer.co.uk/bonus (the website) and register their details.

3. There is no purchase necessary.

4. Entrants may enter the promotion a maximum of three times per day, except when using special codes allowing extra plays, which we may distribute via various channels from time to time.

5. The prizes available will change each week. Please refer to the promotional page on the Website for details of the prizes, prize providers and quantities available and any conditions relating to specific prizes.

8. Prize winners will be selected at random and winning entrants shall receive their prizes within 28 days of confirming their delivery address.

9. At the time of playing some of that week's prizes may already have been won.

10. The promotion will run until midnight on 5th May 2016 at the earliest, but within that time period there will be separate ‘prize slots', with prizes provided by Partners of Banks's Brewery and the Promoter. Closing dates for each ‘prize slot' will be as per entry instruction available on the Website.

11. Should the Promotion be extended beyond 5th May 2016, all entrants who have registered their details will have their registration extended unless they opt-out of the competition using the link at the footer of our weekly emails.

Those terms you quoted state this comp ends 05/05. Confusingly Banks also link to last year's T&C's, if you click on the one next to "Just Spin to Win!"

Yes that's why I stated this

(previously this has run beyond the stated closing date, it is easier to expire when done than amend the date)

They currently show T&C's for both this years competition and the last week they ran it for last year (along with the final prize for last year).
