everytime i upload a picture it goes to 100% then fails.
i tried contacting there customer services but they were no help.
anyone know whats wrong?

I would try a different picture to see if its a problem with a particular image file and would also try an alternative browser.

apart from that I have no idea

I didn't include the standard free prints because you only get those if you sign up as a new user and because you can get them in so many places.

Having said that, thats an excellent price, to think it would cost you that for a few prints out of a Kodak machine.
