Well done - and thanks for the update. It just shows that it does pay to complain sometimes - even without the rock solid paper chain of evidence many people on these boards seem to suggest you need.

I think it does also show that financial institutions can be reasonable - and can be persuaded (even if it is probably largely due to the amount of scrutiny and regulation there is these days).
