1. The five, weekly “Aldi Christmas Hamper” prize draws (“Weekly Draw”) are open to residents of Great Britain
aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
and its group companies (“Promoter”) and
Aldi Stores Limited (“Aldi”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms
and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted
as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. To enter a Weekly Draw,
entrants must complete and submit the entry form
at www.telegraph.co.uk/aldichristmas.
Entry to each Weekly Draw is restricted to
one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.


4. Entries to each Weekly Draw must be received by midnight on the following dates:

• Draw 1: Sunday, November 29, 2015;
• Draw 2: Sunday, December 6, 2015;
• Draw 3: Sunday, December 13, 2015;
• Draw 4: Sunday, December 20, 2015;
• Draw 5: Sunday, December 27, 2015.

5. Late entries to a Weekly Draw will be automatically entered into the following week’s Draw.
Late entries to the final Weekly Draw will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. One winner of each Draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date for that Draw.


7. The winner of each draw will be contacted within
seven days of the closing date of the Draw of which they are a winner.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner
or should a winner be unable to accept their prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Neither the Promoter nor Aldi can guarantee
delivery of a prize in time for Christmas.
8. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable,
a substitute prize of equal value will be provided.
9. The winning entrant of each Draw will receive an Aldi Christmas hamper comprising one each of the following:

• 1x 75cl bottle of Aldi Champagne
• 1x 75cl bottle of Aldi Chardonnay
• 1x 75cl bottle of Aldi Malbec
• 1x Specially Selected Exquisite Luxury Mince Pies
• 1x Specially Selected Lebkuchen Assortment
• 1x Handcrafted Chocolate Truffles
• 1x Specially Selected Golden Topped Christmas Pudding

10. All elements of the prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winners may be required to participate in
reasonable publicity on behalf of Aldi and the Promoter.
12. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of
administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to
reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
Accordingly the Promoter may,
at its absolute discretion,
vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. The Promoter is responsible for the publication, administration and adjudication of the prize draw.
Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of NDL Group on behalf of the Promoter.
15. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute
arising out of these Terms or their subject matter
is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
