All elements of the Schwinn programme are rooted in the principles, approach and science of real outdoor cycling
while ensuring the programme is simple, non intimidating, user friendly and enjoyable to a wide variety of exercisers.

Instructors are taught how to be great coaches who can engage, empower and interact with their students. The bikes in your cycling rooms are only as good as the instructors who teach on them, that's why Schwinn are committed to developing cutting edge programming and providing tools that can help any instructor elevate their class experience and be the best in the industry. In recognition of this, Schwinn Cycling was named ‘Supplier Learning
and Development Provider of the Year’ at the Active Training Awards in 2014.

What you gain from the course:

The Schwinn certification will give you detailed content on anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, class design, music selection, communication, motivation and mind/body training and
coaching with power. You will also receive a detailed Schwinn Indoor Cycling Manual, and participate in practical and theoretical
assessments. You will receive your results within a few days and you will be free to teach as soon as your pass is confirmed,
with no license fees or compulsory training or music purchases. REPs members will also receive 16 CPD points.

The course will also give you the opportunity to ask questions, ride and learn from some of the best master instructors in the industry, which will help you to design and deliver classes which deliver serious training, without taking yourself too seriously!
