Terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coregeo® Ltd, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. The Promoter is Coregeo® Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.

4. The first date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is Wednesday 28th October 2015, and the last date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is 11.59pm Wednesday 11th November 2015.
5. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the website is available, but is not responsible for any inability to enter arising from any unavailability of the website or other technical or communications problems.
6. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
7. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received before 11.59pm Wednesday 11th November 2015.
8. The winner will be notified by email after Thursday 12th November 2015. All prizes must be claimed by Thursday 26th November 2015 by return email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if any prize is not claimed by Thursday 26th November 2015 an alternative winner for that prize will be chosen.
9. There is 1 winner for this competition, only. The winner will receive a 2-night Cornwall break at The Sands Resort Hotel in a two room family suite for a family of 4 (up to 2 adults and 2 children under 14) including breakfast. Travel not included.
10. The winner will organise their stay directly with The Sands Resort Hotel based on the below date specifications.
11. The 2-night stay at The Sands Resort Hotel can only be booked between the following dates: 16th February – 30th June 2016 and 7th September to 1st November 2016. Excluding Easter holidays: 24th March – 11th April 2016 and Whitsun holidays: 30th May – 3rd June 2016. No exclusion dates apply between: 7th September - 1st November 2016.
12. The winner will be informed of their prize by McCann Bristol, on behalf of Coregeo® Ltd.
13. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
15. The name and county of the winner will be available upon application with a SAE to Coregeo® Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.
