I am curious to know if it varies much.
I get 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
The entire company gets an extra day just for 2016 however

31+ BH + 2 'privilege days' - 1 at christmas, and one for the royal birthday. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021

25 days (although - yuk - it's all in hours now). Extra 5 days a year once you have completed 5 years' service (that's in February for me :j:j), and more extra days when you have completed 10 years' service. I don't know how many though - a long way off for me still.
We have also been given the option to "purchase" an extra five days' leave a year, for the past three or four years, and hopefully this will continue.0 -

That includes a couple of bonus days for long service (34 years). Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

33 as I've been there so long, plus bank holidays. I used to be able to build up to a flexible day a month as well.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
