Does anyone subscribe to this magazine, and if so have you received a copy in the last week?

I subscribe to 5 titles by Prize Magazines and have had none at all since July, along with many other people.

I have contacted the editor on numerous occasions and he is now saying that this title was sent out on Wednesday last week and that others have said that they have received it.

But, he's said that before and then later admitted that the issue hasn't been published yet.

So before I complain yet again, I thought I'd check - just in case it has actually been sent and has just gone astray.

Thank you for the reply Ellen. I rather suspected that the editor is tweeting porky pies!

I've just tweeted him yet again to complain! I've just counted up and it's 15 weeks since I had any magazines at all and it sounds like everybody is in the same boat.

If it's the group I think it is they seem to be sending out more and more special offers to non-subscribers, sometimes the behavior that goes with a company in danger of folding.

Yes, it is indeed that group! I also think that they are in danger of/are folding.

If it's any consolation, subscribers are also getting the exclusive offers - even though we aren't getting the mags that we have paid for!

From what I have read that is a very good idea. People are paying for the subs because they are a good offer, but aren't receiving them!

I am having the same problems. I have paid upfront for 4 magazines and I have one direct debit, which I have cancelled. I have posted on their Facebook page, which doesn't appear to have any activity for a couple of years. I couldn't find a Twitter link or an e mail address or phone number. I have written to the company but don't hold out much hope. I am still getting spam through the post, and it isn't very long ago I was having phone calls about fantastic offers, which fortunately I turned down. It doesn't sound very good does it?

On Twitter, the editor's account is @alastairfry He is replying to people, but I would take his promises with a pinch of salt.
