Pickling Chili's

I bought a large bag of ys chili's a few days ago with a view to finding a recipe to pickle them. But there are so many ways to do it. I was wondering if anyone here had an easy/quick way they could advise?


(we buy the pickled jalapenos for pizza's, fajitas etc so that was along the vein of what I was thinking)

Any particular reason for pickling them? I just lob them, still in the packet, into the freezer. To use them on pizzas etc I take them out and just cut them up (still frozen)

I hadn't thought about freezing them. We do put them on salads too so think pickling would be more suited to that. But I will be putting some in the freezer that's for sure to use as a base for chillis and curries. Thanks!!
