I use Baked pitta to eat with either pate or hummus. If you cut in half lengthways to make it thinner it will crisp up like Melba toast.0

If you have mint around make a pea dip and then use the pitta breads to dip into
Pea dip:
Cook peas
Add Mint
Puree
It's really yummy and I often have it with pita squares. xx0 -
You could use the pitta bread as a pizza base.0

Thanks, Everyone :j
After an evening of batch cooking, I'm just waiting for my final bolognese sauce to finish (mostly veges) and then that's everything apart from the pittas used up. I'll sort those tomorrow using a few of your suggestions.
Much appreciate all your suggestions :T

I did think of doing this, however, the reason these are at the bottom of the freezer is because I lacked inspiration and motivation to use them up in the normal course of each day. I knew if I simply popped them back into the freezer, they'd be there next time I come to refreeze :rotfl:
This way I have store cupboard and very nutritious soup, curry, bolognese and ratatouille all portioned out for those days when I cba to cook. Not to mention different ideas on how to use up pitta breads
Well worth the time and effort!

If you have any pittas left, I would recommend them with falafel, a bit of lettuce and a sauce. Typically served with hot sauce but I don't like that so use a mild sweet chilli sauce instead.Making mistakes is not the end of the world, though it often feels that way!0
