m & S are absolute pigs for this! You would think they would have a better stock control system. It's worse in the big sales. I never waste my time ordering from them online now for that reason. Order £150 worth of stuff to be delivered ( that you pay delivery for) £25 worth arrives ( with same delivery charge. Disgusting!
