The competition is open to people aged eighteen (18) years or over who are residents of Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – excluding Ireland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only. Employees of the Promoters, their associated companies, their agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entries close midnight Sunday 6th December 2015. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. Late entries will not be accepted and the Promoters accept no responsibility for entries which are lost or corrupted during transmission.
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct answers. The successful Participant will be contacted via email.
There will be one winner only. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize consists of a 3 night stay for 2 adults at Gold Hotel Budapest, Hegyalja ut 14, Budapest, H-1016, Hungary on a bed and breakfast basis, and 2 return economy class flights based on departures from a choice of South East, Midlands, North West or Scotland airports – SuperBreak will advise the exact airport within your choice and departure times at the point of confirmation.
Prize is strictly subject to availability and exclusion dates apply. Prize package can be redeemed between January 4th 2016 and 31st March 2016 inclusive.
The prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable, are subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute prizes of equal or alternative value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. This includes changing the accommodation provided.
Spending money and additional transport and sustenance costs are not included as part of the competition prize.

Winners' names & city of residence may be obtained by sending a sae to: Superbreak.com, Eboracum Way, York, YO31 7RE 28 days after the closing date. Please state the competition title. Please do not send entries to this address.
The winner will also receive £250 to spend at JD Williams online. The winner can choose any clothing (only) on the JD Williams website up to the value of £250 and subject to stock availability. The winner, once contacted by JD Williams must email their choices, if an item is not available in stock in your size, an alternative will be given of your choice. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
If the winner does not respond within two weeks of notification, JD Williams reserve the right to re-allocate the prize. SuperBreak and JD Williams may wish to use winners’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on their website or associated social media channels. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
