We have a ccj from Tesco finance which is with Shoosmith's . They are now asking for income and expenditure , can they take us back to court for more money as any surplus money we do have gets paid to Payplan we have no more money to give them.

I presume you are paying them the instalments that the court ordered on the judgement.

Its simple really, just MAKE your budget balance, costs go up all the time.
If you have excess income, just add a little more to each pot, until it does balance, make sure you add everything you spend money on, from the kids school dinners, to the morning newspaper, petrol costs fluctuate, food bill, just be creative.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
