And don't forget, as well as uploading your photo on our app you can also enter by sharing your photo on Instagram and Twitter, just make sure to mention @SimplyhealthUK and #everydayhealth.

To enter the ‘Show us your #everydayhealth’ giveaway (“Promotion”) applicants must share a photo of them ‘taking care of their everyday health’. The photo must then either be:

a) Tweeted mentioning both @SimplyhealthUK and #everydayhealth

b) Posted on Instagram mentioning both @SimplyhealthUK and #everydayhealth

c) Uploaded via the giveaway entry form on Facebook or Simplyhealth’s website

Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over

There is one prize consisting of £1,000 Center Parcs vouchers. Use of vouchers is subject to Center Parcs terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.Center Parcs.co.uk/giftvouchers.jsp

Entrant’s Twitter or Instagram accounts must be set to public so Simplyhealth can view entries for the entry to be considered valid

One entry will be accepted per person, per day, per channel (ie One entry on Twitter, one on Instagram, and one entry upload either via Facebook or the Simplyhealth Website)

The giveaway opens 9am 21 September 2015. Entries must be made by 11pm, 18 October 2015

Late, invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered

The participant agrees that the entry submitted as part of the Promotion is an original work created by the participant, that the entry does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the entry
