  • Hi Liberty, from what i've read on here each OR seems to have there own set of rules for what they allow and how much (sorry not helpful) but its best to aim high and let them cut you down.
Can i just question some things (cos the OR might) the college bus pass? is this your daughters? is she claiming EMA because i think this is supposed to cover such costs. Also is that the correct figure for water?
Paying a loan to your dad could be seen as preferential treatment of a creditor. ( i think, although someone who knows much more than me will correct this)
This site might help you if you've not already checked it out.

The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

BLTN is right on the loan to you dad. U nfortunatly this is seen as preferential treatment to your dad and won't be allowed, the debt will be included in your B/R. If you really want to pay him back then I am afraid that you need to fund yhis out of your excess or up some of your tototals.

You need to include allowances for prescriptions/optitions and dentist as well. Possibly dry cleaning because if you are a proffesional (I notice you pay fee's) then you will need to allow for dry cleaning clothes.

    Thx for your reply!
I understand about the loan to my Dad. Does anyone know that if I put his loan on the list of creditors, will the OR contact him, as i certainly dont want my family to know about my circumstances!

The bus pass for college is my daughters, but to get a low rate it has to paid in full up front £342, which my daughter cant afford. She is starting college in Sept and hopefully will be getting EMA, but isnt getting it yet, whereas I've already paid for the ticket!

Edit: Yes I pay £49 a month for water rates! Maybe will bump it up to £50!!!! LOL
I cant say that i am paying more cos my bank statements will say different!

    I get free prescriptions/ dental/opticians.
I also get a tax allowance for laundering my uniform at home!

What about toilteries, deodrent, feminie products, washing up liquid, shampoo, washing powder.I listed mine under toiletries 15.00 and laundry 5.00.
