Hi Dragon,
Hope things are getting better or less odd, whatever they are.
I'm similar kind of weight to you for losing. Started at 20st 6lbs last September and today I'm at 19st 1lb. (Actually up a lb from last week).
I do the Eat all Day diet by Helen Foster. It's 6 meals a day (actually 3 meals and 3 snacks) but I can only manage 5. When I stick to it properly I lose really well but I keep eating chocolate and can't seem to stop. I'm trying to start a fresh again today but have already had a Cadburys dream bar (200g) so not doing well. When this diet is done properly I don't get very hungry in between times but keep losing the motivation. Why I can't stick to it I have no idea. I think it's the thought of not being able to eat everything that I want to.
Hope you manage the Rosemary Conley exercise.
Great website for weight loss is sparkpeople.com. Unfortunately most of the food is the American brands but they are putting on more and more british food and it's free to join.August 08 debt £58544.84, Paid £1668, Dec 08 Total £58236.48
