    Yay for that! I know my late sister used to always get the Autumn shift when you get an extra hour and never the Spring one (somehow her boss always got that one :p)

    i'll probably get that one this year i imagine ... i dont mind so much really as it isnt exactly hard work ... although i plan on looking for a new jpb after the summer .... am in two minds about it though ... part of me likes the work i do ... it is easy it pays ok ... part of me wants the change ...off nights more hours etc

    i totally do ... this is the thing ... i get seven days off ... now you cant put a price on seven days off you really cant ... and i am really good at my job but it doesnt stretch me and i am not earning great money tbh ... part of me fancies a whole different sector to work in but part of me likes the whole hassel free existance that i have here ( and those seven days off dont forget them) it's security ... but is job security a good enough reason to stay?

    Hmm whilst still in debt I would say stick with job security (knowing how tenuous the work situation can be!)

    I know you say the job doesn't stretch you BUT at the moment maybe a job that gives a good return is the best thing
