How would it work?
Got a £20k pension that I pay tax on at 20% :mad:
Have a job offer of £39k pending. If I take it on I'd pay tax & NI on the salary. But how much tax would I pay?
I'll be paying tax but what would I be paying at 20% and how much at 40%

Taxable gross for year until August which included severance pay is £65k0
