I've contacted Emerald Street about all the various error messages some of us are getting when trying to submit. They're having all sorts of problems with their website, but they assure me ALL entries are going through.

Re: Something went wrong with your submission: Error: Contact is suppressed. ERROR_CONTACT_SUPPRESSED

One of the problems seems to be that your email address gets blocked if you have previously unsubscribed from Emerald Street newsletters/emails.

I've tested this and it seems to be the case. So if you get the above red error message just use a fresh new email address and the form should submit okay.

Just don't unsubscribed again or the new email address will get blocked too, and it doesn't look like you can re-subscribe an unsubscribed email address either.

I had this problem due to unsubscribing. I emailed them saying I wanted to be added to the list and after a bit of a wait and having to confirm that I wanted to be on the list, I now don't have any problems. Now I don't unsubscribe from anything!
