The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

The grand prize consists of a trip for the winner and one guest to Tennessee. The minimum legal age for the purchase of alcohol in the USA is 21. As a US producer of alcoholic beverages, Brown-Forman has determined that it will not sponsor, directly or indirectly, travel to the USA for any individual who has not yet attained the age of 21. Should the prize winner or their guest be aged 18-20 years, a cash prize of equivalent value (£3,000) will be awarded instead of the main prize. The main prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid entries during the promotion period.
The Grand Prize includes a trip for the winner and one guest to Lynchburg Tennessee. The trip will consist of a 3 day, and 2 night trip for two to Nashville and the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg. The prize includes economy class return flights from the international airport nearest to the winner’s home, 4 star hotel accommodation in Nashville to include breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days; rental car for hire for 3 days from Nashville (or $200 towards travel expenses and organised transport to the distillery if winner can not drive), a visit to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, and lunch at Mary Bobo’s. Standard Hotel room will be based on 2 people sharing. The trip must be taken by 31 October 2016 excluding the following periods: Christmas, and New Year. The Promoter will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize-winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator.
The main prize winner and travelling companion shall be responsible for travel to and from their local international airport in the UK, together with any additional expenses including spending money and any further insurance premiums required over and above the standard coverage included as part of the prize. The winner and travelling companion will need to provide satisfactory evidence that they are both aged 21 years or over. The main prize winner and travelling companion must hold valid passports with 6 months’ validity remaining, and, if they do not already have one, must apply for a prearranged visa in order to travel to the USA. The prize-winner and guest must also comply with immigration requirements for entry into the USA (including timely compliance with ESTA requirements), and must not have a criminal record/any unspent convictions. Any amendments to or cancellation of the trip made by the main prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Prizes will be allocated over 4 draws. These draws will take place every Friday in September (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) at 11:59pm. 50 prizes will be awarded on the 4th of September, 50 on the 11th September, 50 on the 18th September, and 51 on the 25th September. The final draw (on the 25th of September) will include the grand prize of a trip to Tennessee. The winners will be selected at random by a third party and notified no later than 10 working days after each draw.
Winners will be notified by telephone or email. All winners must confirm their identity with a valid photographic ID (passport or driving license) and provide a delivery address where signed deliveries can be taken within 10 working days of being notified. Failure to confirm within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected. There will be one round of reselection at the end of the promotion for all unresponsive winners across all draws.
