1. For the purposes of this competition:
   • “Competition Period” means the period from 7th August 2015 to midnight on 13th August 2015 inclusive, during which Eligible Participants may enter into the prize draw;
   • “Draw Date” means 14th August 2015;
   • “Essentially” means Essentially (London) Limited (Company Number 08434065) who will be providing administration assistance in respect of the competition;
   • “Prize” means one of three (3) sets of tickets for one winner and a guest of their choice to watch the England vs Australia Ashes Test match on 22nd August 2015 at the KIA Oval cricket ground. Two of the three winners will also receive the following package:
   • return train travel to and from London for two people;
   • two night’s accommodation for two people in one hotel room at The Kensington Hotel (SW7 5LR);
   • dinner for two people at Launceston Place to the estimated value of £266;
   • transport to the KIA Oval cricket ground on 22nd August 2015; and
   • a hospitality hamper to take to the game at the estimated value of £95.
2. “Promoter” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (Company Number 05933141) whose registered office is at 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth.
3. To enter into the competition, an Eligible Participant must complete an online form via magazine.vitality.co.uk/cricket during the Competition Period.
4. Maximum of one entry into the competition per Eligible Participant. Multiple submitted forms completed by the same Eligible Participant will count towards one entry only.
5. Entries will be entered into a prize draw and three (3) winners will be drawn at random by Essentially on the Draw Date. There will be three (3) separate Prizes available to win in the prize draw.

1. Guests of the winners can be of any age, however if the guest is under 18 years of age he or she must be accompanied at all times by the adult winner. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18 years.
2. The winner and his or her guest will be responsible for covering the cost of their own subsistence including spending money and travel costs, with the exception of the inclusions listed in the definition for “Prize” above.
3. Each winner will be contacted by telephone by Essentially up to three (3) times between 14th August 2015 and 16th August 2015. In the event that the calls are unanswered, where possible a message with details of how to confirm their win will be left and the winner will need to confirm their Prize via phone before 5pm on 17th August 2015 in order to claim their win. Tickets will be couriered to the address confirmed by the winner. In the event that Essentially fails to obtain confirmation from a winner, or one of the winners refuses the Prize or for whatever reason cannot accept the Prize, the original winner will forfeit the Prize immediately and an alternative winner will be drawn and notified.
4. When entering data for your online form and thus entering the competition, you acknowledge that your name, address, e-mail address and date of birth (the “Personal Data”) will have been made available to the Promoter and Essentially for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the winners will be held and used for the purposes of the competition by the Promoter, Essentially and KIA Oval in accordance with the Promoter, Essentially and the KIA Oval’s privacy policies (which can be found on their websites or if not, requested) and the Data Protection Act 1998.
5. The winners and their guests must abide by KIA Oval’s standard ticketing Terms and Conditions, which can be found at http://www.kiaoval.com/tickets/terms-conditions/. Please note that all fixtures are subject to change.
