Win but can't go

Just had a call from Disney to say I'd won a competition to go to Hamleys on Friday with my daughter to meet Pixie Lott, with an overnight stay on Thursday. Strange thing is I can't remember entering it and I can't find the competiton on here (found a similar one from the Mirror but I'm sure I didn't enter it).
Shame I can't get the time off work, so I've asked them to re-draw, so good luck other MSE'rs.

OMG I just found the competition, it included a 4 night trip to Dubai to visit Hamleys there! The lady didn't mention it but I guess because I couldn't go to London on Friday I missed out. If I'd known about the Dubai part of the prize I would have got someone to go on my behalf. Doh!!!0
