    Urgh. Are they any where you can download the podcast and store it on your phone? My app doesn't use it so don't have that problem. (Though I have cheap earphones that crackle, need new ones soon)

    This IS with the podcast downloaded. Maybe it's a headphones issue ? I'll try tomorrow without them .

    So this morning's plan is to try the run again and do washing. I don't have work to do at the weekend this weekend, but I struggled all day yesterday with feeling anxious and low.

    Being productive is likely the answer.

    Ug, sorry you're feeling bad. Doing something productive is definitely the answer - something physical too, not just sitting there. You're ready to rock, give that energy somewhere positive to go :)

    Well I did, and you were right. Finally did the complete run 1 of couch to 5k. Using the app and no headphones worked.

    Running partner #1 (Puppylove) thwacked me with her lampshade and ate horse apples.
    Running partner #2 (Ponyplops) was doing the full 5k with DD on board.

    Is it bedtime yet? Children rollerskating in sitting room.

    I just checked out my resources on our home laptop. They have saved fine with all their functionality.

    So it is them not me! #relief.
