I have bought her sliced roast chicken and sardines. Normally she gets Dog Food Surprise.
She will not speak to me for two days, especially when I reinforce her cone of shame with gaffer tape.0 -
I used the 5k runner app so that it didn't constantly talk at me and I could run my mp3 player alongside it. And it has a 10k upgrade.
Poor puppy.

I think I need something not requiring consistent internet.
Puppylove is home. Cone of shame reinforced. She is a bit far out still.0 -

Hope new job going well.
I tried the coach to 5 k on my own a few times and never got beyond week 3. What worked for me was finding a brilliant running club that had a beginners programme starting ...I enrolled on the 10 week 5 k course and went twice a week. They provided homework for the 3rd run. And ...by the end I could run 5 k. The whole group thing was really encouraging and I stuck with it just because if everyone else was doing it...hell I was going to as well!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

The one I use doesn't need internet after it's downloaded. Weeks 1-3 are free and then it's £2.89 for the rest. But mostly I think it's about finding what works for you!
Poor puppy.
