Just finished catching up on recent events SHS, congrats on the house sale/buying. I've read the "Waiting on a buyer" thread also, and that was really helpful to knowing more about the process, timelines etc. I think I'll be similar to you in that we're in a little village with not much demand, which shall mean I have to be patient... never my strongest forte!

    Congrats again :)
  • Still waiting...aarrgghhh.
  • We have exchanged! Sale agreed 24th April. Completion next Friday.
In an afternoon I have sorted school bus, kennels, removals, all utilities and mail redirection.

And I got a new job today.

Oh my goodness! We can put July the 5th down as a super productive day! Congratulations, and well done - on both house, your organisation and the job :)
