A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition. There will be 1 winner per station (3 in total).

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS •
The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the
date of their entry.

Each prize package consists of a City Break for 2 to Amsterdam including:
A pair of return Economy flights to Amsterdam with KLM
Royal Dutch Airlines
2 night hotel stay in Amsterdam
£250 spending money
Travel prize is valid until 20 March 2016 only and is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space.
Limited availability during public holiday and festive periods.
Travel must be booked by 1st December 2015.
• The winner may be required to pay city tax at their hotel in Holland
on arrival/before departure.
• When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and hence
a booking made by/on behalf of the NBTC,
then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway.
If the winner chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed,
then the prize will become void.


Participants may enter the Competition more than once.

With the above conditions, I see no reason why you can't enter through all three websites.
It is not stated, but it is possible that the departure airport depends on the radio station:
Magic - Heathrow, Key103 - Manchester, Free Radio - Birmingham
