The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at La Grande Maison Bernard Magrez, a collaboration between the wine connoisseur Magrez and the chef Joël Robuchon, whose restaurants have a combined total of 25 Michelin stars. This five-star property has just six bedrooms, designed by Frédérique Fournier, using Pierre Frey silk, Houlès lace and Moissonnier furniture. In the restaurant, all of Bordeaux’s 168 Grands Crus Classés are on the wine list, while the menu features many of Robuchon’s signature dishes.

Return rail travel from London will be as the guest of Voyages-sncf.com, in Standard Premier on Eurostar to Paris and, from there, first class to Bordeaux.

The prize must be taken between January 4 and March 31, 2016, subject to availability and excluding bank holidays and Valentine’s Day.
