Change in career

Hi
I am 37 years of age, I have a degree already and have been a teacher for the last 10 years. I really want a change in career and would welcome the opportunity to change. However funding is a big issue. I have poor credit rating and no savings. I have found a part-time course in Osteopathy which is a field of interest for me for as long as I can remember, however the course fees are £6,500 per year. Is there any help that I can get towards these fees?
I have looked at great length to see if there is any help for mature students but so far have not had any luck. Does anyone else know if there is any help our there for people like me?
Many thanks in advance for any help that you can offer.

What about advanced learning loans - would your course qualify for that?
The other (very remote) possibility is to use the grant finder on the turn2us website to see if there's anything there that might fit your circumstances. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Thank you elsien, I will have a look at these options today. I have noticed that the advance learning loan is from student finance england and I have spoken to them already and they pretty much said they could not help.......0
