Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

The competition opens at 00.01 31st July 2015 and closes at 23.59 28th October 2015. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. A total of 13 winners will be selected in total during the competition period. One (1) will be drawn at 5pm on each of the following dates:

Entrants will automatically be part of the prize draw from the time they enter until the closing date so the sooner you enter the more chances you have of being selected.

To enter go to https://www.cosmofashfest.co.uk/win500. This will take you to a page where you will need to: (i) Enter your names, (ii) Enter your contact details ; and (iii) press submit & be transfered to the V.me by Visa website [https://eu.v.me/uk/] to Register to V.me by Visa.

The winner must have a V.me by Visa account on the date of the draw to be eligible. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered.

The prize is a £500 voucher for one (1) of Cosmo’s #FASHFEST fashion partners. The winner will receive a voucher for the full amount from one (1) retailer of their choice only. The list of retailers to choose from are:

Asos, Armani Xchange, Ted Baker, Evans, H&M, River Island, Next, Brand Alley, Simply Be, Missguided, Yumi, George Asda, Boohoo, Ultimo, Figleaves, Tutti Rouge Very.co.uk or New Look.

The expiry date of the voucher varies from retailer to retailer but is valid for no less than 12 months.

Once selected, only the winner will be contacted personally by email using the contact details provided upon entry.

The winner will be notified within 3 working days of the draw. Winners will have Five (5) working days to respond in full or another winner will be selected.

The voucher will be sent via post or email once the winner chooses the brand. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher cannot be exchanged once the winner has chosen the retailer.

Only one competition entry with a V.me by Visa wallet, fulfilling the eligibility requirements above, will be accepted per person.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them.

This competition is not open to any employees of Hearst Magazines, the promoter or their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the competition.

Hearst Magazines’ decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the validity of any such decision.

Hearst Magazines shall be permitted to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at its sole discretion.

Hearst Magazines reserves the right to exclude late, incomplete or multiple registrations, or registrations made by third parties or agents.

Hearst Magazines does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

The name of the winner(s) will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hearst Magazines UK, 72 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9EP, indicating the name of the competition.

Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use any entrant’s name, image and any competition entry photograph, for promotional and/or editorial purposes in any format in print and non-print media without additional consultation.

No purchase is necessary. Once entered, entries cannot be returned / withdrawn. Spammers will be disqualified

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Hearst Magazines reserve the right to change the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances. There will be no cash alternative.

By entering the competition, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. In addition Hearst Magazines may pass your personal information to the promoters of the competition (where it is not Hearst Magazines) and their data processors. However, we always demand that any such parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.

Hearst Magazines reserves the right to (i) cancel and/or withdraw this competition and/or (ii) amend these Terms, at any time without notice.

Where Hearst Magazines runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then Hearst Magazines shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Hearst Magazines be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this competition.

These Terms are governed by English law, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with these Terms.
