We have a house in Fulham, London with a lot of equity in it. The house is currently worth 2.2 million pounds and we have a morgage of 250k pounds. Whats your guys best advice to release equity from the property. We're overseas landlords and the house is currently rented for 1200 pounds per week. What we went to do is try to take money out of the house and buy another house. We live in The United States, my mom is an American citizen and i was born in England and i have a British passport.
