There are five prizes of 500 Euros in cash across five weeks with a weekly draw from Monday 13 July to Sunday 16 August closing each Sunday night at 23.59. The winners will be the first entry selected at random after the closing date each week and will be contacted by email by 1 September. Prize is non-transferable and there is no alternative currency offered. **The Evening Standard will send you emails with selected offers/services of interest. If you don’t want to receive these emails, end your text with NO INFO. Multiple entry by SMS is permitted, only one online entry per person, per week. Additional terms from the Promoter:
1. Winners will be contacted by email via the addresses provided at time of entering and the prize will be delivered by post within 7 working days from notification. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the prize draw. When a winner is notified under this paragraph, they will be required to notify the promoter of their home address.
2. It is not open to employees of ICE PLC or Raphaels Bank, their families or anyone connected to the prize draw.
3. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days the promoter reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
4. The winner agrees to take part in any post-promotion publicity in connection with the prize draw.
5. ICE PLC will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize from being delivered to the winner.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so.
7. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
