Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.55 on Monday 17 August 2015. 3. There is one winner of the prize draw which will be the first entry drawn at random by an independently verified computer system. The winner will be notified by post, email or phone within 28 days of the closing date.
4. There is one prize of a 13-night Vietnam Adventure tour holiday for two adults. The prize includes Premium economy class flights from London to Hanoi, Vietnam and Saigon, Vietnam to London, taxes, one piece of hold luggage up to 20kgs per person, return airport to hotel transfers, private minibus for tours, sleeper train, tour boats and an economy internal flight to CuChi, Vietnam. Ten nights will be spent in en-suite accommodation in 3* hotels throughout the tour, one-night will be spent aboard a night-boat with shared cabins, one-night will be spent aboard a sleeper train with soft berth cabins and one-night will be spent in a Vietnamese guest house. Twelve breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners are also included. The winner and guest must take the prize as part of a tour group.
5. The prize must be taken as part of a tour group on available tour dates between 1 October 2015 and 1 October 2016, excluding 1 December 2015 – 10 January 2016, 18 March – 4 April 2016 and all UK bank holidays and is subject to availability. Exodus will confirm tour availability to the winner.
6. The prize winner is responsible for necessary inoculations, providing comprehensive travel insurance, organising valid passport(s) and securing necessary visas or complying with other regulations prior to departure.
7. The prize does not include travel insurance, drinks, meals other than those stated, travel to UK departure airport, UK airport parking, spending money, tours or activities for which a fee is payable or any other tour expenditure.
