The Grand Prize

7. The grand prize is a 10 night family holiday to Orlando, Florida. The prize includes the following:

• Return economy flights for two adults and two children to Orlando, Florida; (children are anyone under the age of 18)
• Fully inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay. The winner can extend the holiday at their own cost, if they wish to do so.
• 10 Nights accommodation at the 5 Star Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando;
• 1 Day Entrance for two adults and two children into Wet 'n Wild Waterpark, Orlando;
• 1 Day Entrance for two adults and two children into Discovery Cove, Orlando to include:
  • A reserved 30-minute dolphin swim per person
  • Snorkelling with thousands of tropical fish and rays in The Grand Reef®
  • Encounters with playful otters and curious marmosets in Freshwater Oasis®

8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grand Prize does not include any extra prizes or supplementary items which are not listed under Clause 7 above.
Grand Prize Terms and Conditions:

9. All people travelling must have (or must arrange at their own cost) a valid Passport and be permitted to enter the United States of America.
10. Travel dates are subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and exclude Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both UK and US). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport. Winners would have to pay for travel to the selected airport. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their

17. 110 selected entrants will receive John Lewis Vouchers worth £100.
18. The Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost.
19. All prizes must be claimed by the prize winner within 2 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
A year's supply of New Comfort Intense

20. 100 selected entrants will receive a year's supply of New Comfort Intense.
21. A year's supply shall consist of 12 [] bottles of New Comfort Intense 64 wash. The bottles shall be supplied in one go. 1250 bottles of Comfort Intense 64 wash to cover demand.

11. Any drivers must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive car hire means unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Petrol is not included. All drivers must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
12. The Grand Prize is based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21.
13. The Parks open all year round. Height, age and health restrictions apply on certain rides.
14. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
15. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
16. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Did the same with my iPad. First time wouldn't accept email address and said try back later. Did so and now saying I've exceeded entry!
