3. A one-off prize of 5 nights accommodation for two adults and two children up to 12 yrs old sharing a Junior Suite Sea View at Sani Beach Hotel, Greece, on half board basis (breakfast and lunch or dinner), transfers to the hotel. Flights are not included.
4. The holiday must be taken between 20 September – 31 October 2015 or 1 April – 20 May 2016 and is subject to availability . The holiday cannot be taken during summer school holidays.
5. No cash equivalent, or alternatives are available and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Chelsea Magazine Company makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
7. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companions.
8. The winner and their chosen companions must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The Chelsea Magazine Company Ltd and SANI SA will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
9. The prize winner and companions are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.
10. The prize does NOT include any insurance. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, dine around supplement, yacht charter, drinks purchases) are not included in the prize.
11. The package is non-transferable.
