(2) WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW – BATMAN ARKHAM KNIGHT PRIZE PACKS

• This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK & Ireland aged 18 or over except for employees and agencies of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited or Pizza Hut UK & Ireland (registered as Yum! III (UK) Limited)(“Pizza Hut”) and its franchisees and their employees.
• Entrants must enter online at https://www.legendaryprizes.com. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw but entrants will be required to enter their name and a valid email address, phone number and postcode (a postcode is not required for entries from Ireland). Multiple entries will not be accepted.
• Two winners will be selected each week during the period 1 June 2015 to 23 August 2015. Winners will be selected at random by an independent person (the “Judge”) after the Closing Date. The Judge’s decision shall be final. Winners will be notified by phone or email using the details provided by the entrant within 28 days of the Closing Date. On notification of winning, winners will be required to provide their postal address in order for the relevant prizes to be sent to them.
• The closing date for all entries shall be 23rd August 2015. The time of the entry will be the time of receipt of the entry as recorded by Pizza Hut. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Each winner will receive one Batman Arkham Knight prize pack consisting of a T-Shirt, Playing Cards, bottle opener and vinyl decal.
• Pizza Hut reserves the right to select alternative winners at random and re-allocate prizes, in circumstances where an entrant cannot be contacted on the details provided, or has not acknowledged Pizza Hut’s notification that the entrant is a winner within 28 days from such notification or where the entrant fails to comply with any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
• All prizes stated are subject to availability. If a prize stated is unavailable or discontinued, Pizza Hut reserves the right to substitute a prize for a different prize of similar or equal value.
• There is no cash alternative for prizes and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
