One entry per person only. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one entry is received from the same email address or from a different email address by the same person in any day, all such entries will be disqualified. Entrants can only win one prize. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. By the use of 'script' or 'brute force' or the use of automated devices or processes). In the event that person's entry and all associated multiple entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Winner Notification: Winning entrants will be randomly selected and notified of their prize within 14 days of the closing date by email. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to [a reserve selected at the same time as the original Tournament
General: The Promoter's decision is final in all promotional matters.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
Winners' names and counties will be available by writing to Gamer Network, 1 Grand Parade, Brighton, BN2 9QB within 3 months of the closing date.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
