ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition. The winner will receive the following event package for themselves and one guest: i) One pair of VIP entry tickets to the world premiere of Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, including after party, at the Vienna State Opera House on 23 July 2015. ii) Economy class flights, as selected by BMW, departing 23 July to Vienna, and returning 25 July 2015 to the United Kingdom iii) Hotel accommodation on 23 July and 24 July as selected by BMW iv) Chauffeur transfers to and from the Premiere, as booked by BMW. v) Travel insurance to be provided. No other costs will be covered by BMW including food, drink and any other travel expenses. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winners outlined above and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 48 hours of notification. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable unless as stated above. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Except for death and personal injury due to the promoter’s negligence, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the winner or any individual chosen to participate with the winner in the prize, as a result of their participation in the promotion.
