Hiya!
We have just been in to sign mortgage application paperwork with barclays. I've logged in to see if submitted and within a minute if me leaving the branch it says 'valuation instructed' then 'valuation approved' via automatic valuation so no need to visit property. It then says we are to preparing your offer. Does that mean we've been successful?!?!
