Terms & Conditions

1. Only open to UK residents aged 21 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

1. Purchase is necessary and internet access is required. Please retain either your till receipt or promotional packaging as proof of purchase as this will be required to claim your prize.

1. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 on the 27th April 2015 and 23.59 on the 14th June 2015. Within the promotional period, there will be seven weekly draws.

1. To Enter: Purchase one of a variety of meats with the promotional sticker attached. Then, visit redtractor.org.uk and submit your details to be entered into the weekly draws.

1. Only one prize may be won per entrant during the Promotion Period.

1. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant weekly prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the end of each week by a random computer process. Each week the entries that have not won a Weekly Prize will then be added to the next weekly draw or final draw for a chance to win.

1. The Prizes:
   1. Final Prize: Three winners and their nine friends will each win tickets to a VIP BBQ on 8th August 2015 with Alex James plus 1 night’s B&B, excluding travel.
   2. The Weekly Prizes: Fifty one winners will each win one of the following:
      1. 1x set of tickets to the VIP BBQ (see clause 8a for further details)
      2. 1x Outback Spectrum Select 3 gas burner BBQ
      3. 7x Red Tractor aprons
      4. 7x stainless steel BBQ utensil kits
      5. 35x Red Tractor fridge magnetic shopping list pads plus pen

1. Further VIP BBQ details:
   1. 1 night’s stay for the Winner and their nine guests at the Royal Agricultural College B&B, Gloucester, GL7 6JS;
   2. The Winner and their guests must be able to attend the event on 8th August 2015;
   3. All guests must be 21 years or over;
   4. Travel to and from the B&B is not included in the Prize;
   5. Meals and alcoholic drinks are included in the Prize for the Winner and their guests;
   6. A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals;
   7. Any amendments made by the Winner after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to an administrative charge, which will be the responsibility of the Winner; and,
   8. The Winner and their guests are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes;

1. Anything not expressly stated as included in the Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner and their guests and there shall be no further payments by the Promoter.

1. Proof of identity: age and eligibility of the Winner and their guests will be required by the Promoter. Failure to provide proof of identity will result in disqualification from this Promotion.

1. The Winner and their guests must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of their prize. Whilst at the event, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. You consent to be filmed and/or photographed at the event/venue. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage to you unless we have breached a legal duty of care owed to you. Please ensure you take care when moving around the event/venue. The Promoter is not liable for damage or loss to your property unless this occurred due to the Promoter’s wilful misconduct. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event.

1. PLEASE NOTE: There will be strobe lighting at the event.

1. Winner Notification: If you are a winner of a prize you will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and details on how to send in your packing or till receipt will be specified.

1. Winners will be required to respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.

1. We recommend that the packaging or till receipt are sent by a secure method of delivery and that you make a copy, as the Promoter is not responsible for items not received or lost in transit.

1. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the Weekly Prizes from the date of receiving and verifying the packaging or till receipt.

1. The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prizes as stated.

1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Attendance of the named guest is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

1. Entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void

1. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

1. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

1. Winners will be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.

1. The name and counties of the winners will be available going to redtractor.org.uk/bbqparty which will be available 2 months after the Promotional Period closing date.

I bought mince from Asda that had the sticker on. It was over the spend limit but I would think there will be items within the limit.
