Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
4. Go online to https://www.heart.co.uk, register their details and upload their photo. Online entry will open at 00.01 on 18/05/2015 and close at 12.01 on 29/05/2015
5. One daily winner will be selected from all the entries received up to that point at the following times:
a. 12:01 on Friday 22nd May
b. 12:01 on Tuesday 26th May
c. 12:01 on Wednesday 27th May
d. 12:01 on Thursday 28th May
e. 12:01 on Friday 29th May
6. Winning photos will be selected by the Heart FM judges based on their creativity, presentation and originality.
7. The judges’ decision is final.
8. Once a photo has been submitted it will be eligible for all subsequent judging rounds. There is a maximum of one entry per person for the duration of the competition and duplicate entries will be removed.
9. In the event that we receive two or more entries that closely resemble the image selected as the winner on the same day, these entries will be entered into a random draw to determine the prize winner. The judges’ decision will be final.
10. Winners will be telephoned by Heart FM to notify them of their win within 7 days of the close of the competition.
11. At the conclusion of the promotion all remaining entrants will be entered into the runners up prize draw. 50 entrants will be selected at random as the winners of runner up prizes.
12. Minor prize winners will be notified within 7 days of being selected a winner. If no response from the prize winner within 28 days of being selected as a winner the prize will be forfeited and a secondary prize draw will take place.
13. By submitting an image to https://www.heart.co.uk you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station, Global Radio and Encona Sauces a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the image; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

Eligibility:
14. Entry is restricted to those over 18 years of age.
15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

16. There is 1 daily prize of a gourmet food experience at a top London restaurant, plus £500 spending money.

Friday 22nd May Prize:

17. Dinner by Heston at the Madarin Oriental for four people including dinner and drinks at the Chefs Table and £500 spending money.

18. Winners to make their own way to the location.
19. Restaurant is subject to availability at time of booking. Smart attire is required for dining.
20. Winner and 3 friends to enjoy dinner from the A la carte set menu with half a bottle of house wine and mineral water and coffee each. Should 
the winners have any dietary requirements please inform us at your earliest convenience in order to be able to accommodate them.
21. Dining experience lasts approx. 4 hours.
22. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
23. £500 Spending Money will be supplied in a cheque format from Global Radio and supplied to the winner within 28 days.

Tuesday 26th May Prize:
24. Dinner at Hakkasan for four people includes dinner and drinks and £500 spending money

25. Tuesday 26th May Terms and Conditions:

27. Restaurant is subject to availability at time of booking. Smart attire is required for dining.
28. Winner and 3 friends to enjoy dinner from a Signature menu (excluding Supreme Special dishes). Should the winners have any dietary 
requirements please inform us at your earliest convenience in order to be able to accommodate them.
29. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
30. £500 Spending Money will be supplied in a cheque format from Global Radio and supplied to the winner within 28 days.
