Geographical restrictions: UK and Republic of Ireland residents only

Promotion opening and closing dates: Monday 18th May 2015 – Friday 22nd May 2015.

The promotion is open to UK and Republic or Ireland residents ("Entrants"), excluding employees of Maplin Electronics Limited (the "Promoter") (and their families) and the Promoter's associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To submit an entry to this promotion the entrant is required to enter by commenting on the Facebook (facebook.com/Maplin) or Twitter (@maplintweet) post.
By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and any such amendments shall be published on the Page.
One winner will be picked each day for 5 days. The winner can be from Twitter OR Facebook but not both.
The promotion commences at 9am on Monday 18th May 2015and ends at 5:00pm on Friday 22nd May 2015.
The entrants must comment on Facebook (Facebook.com/Maplin) or Twitter (@maplintweet) and answer the following questions (note: questions will depend on day of entry and will be announced each day):
How many connected devices do you have in your home?
What was your most cherished item as a child?
If you could drive anywhere this weekend where would you go?
If you were on a desert island what 3 items would you take?
What chore are you trying to avoid this Bank Holiday Weekend?
Entrants may enter as many times as they like and must be aged 18 or over.
The winner will be picked at random from the comments section on Facebook or the reply section on Twitter.
Entrant on Twitter must Follow & Retweet to qualify as an entry.
Entrant on Facebook must ‘Like’ Maplin Facebook page to qualify as an entry.
There are 5 prize bundles worth £500 each to be given away. Note there are different prize bundles per day.The prize bundle available will be announced each day along with their relevant question.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
The winner(s) will be selected at random and will be announced via all Maplin social media channels.
There will be only one winner picked per day and they will win one of the prize bundles.
The winner will be required to send their delivery details to us via email at customercare@maplin.co.uk putting “Competition Winner” in the subject line.
If for any reason a winner does not reply to their message within 28 days Maplin Electronics will redraw a new winner.
Maplin Electronics may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Upon request, the surname and county of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to FAO Communications Department, Maplin Electronics, Brookfields Way, Rotherham, S63 5DL. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the selection of winners.
By entering the promotion you allow the promoters to contact you via Twitter and Facebook with further information on this promotion as well as other offers.
