They've just cancelled my lipstick element of the order and dispatched the 3 bottles of diet coke and charged my card. No option to cancel the coke off the order. Not very happy with no full cancellation option!

I tried on Sunday and the total for 3 lipsticks and 3 cokes came to £16 ish. I think the £5 reduction for the diet coke worked but the 3 for 2 didn't.

I just picked my order up, 3 diet cokes, 3 different lipsticks, a total of £11.43. I also got 27p on TCB so I am happy. I might let my daughter have one of them. Thanks OP.

I think if you refuse collection it will be returned & you'll get a refund.
