Hi all,
I feel compelled to post this in order to share with others and hopefully help them too!
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5004499
I started this thread just under a year ago regarding my issues with acne. I have tried pretty much everything. Expensive, high end products, expensive make up, the clarisonic brush, antibiotic creams, antibiotic tablets, you name it, I have tried it!
I think it was on that thread that someone suggested Paula's Choice products. So after a bit of deliberation (oh why did I wait!), I ordered some things - in the first instance, this:

I honestly cannot tell you the difference in my skin. It is unbelievable!! I used to keep a spot photo diary on my phone, to show my doc how bad it got. Quite often I would have approx 15 - 20 noticeable spots, mainly on my t-zone (especially my chin). Anyway, since using the products since end of Jan, I have hardly had any at all. I used to get horrific, lumpy, painful ones around hormonal times and in the last few months, I have only had one or two small spots around that time.
I can now wear cheaper foundation and it actually looks good! Instead of the caked stuff I used to wear, which was expensive. I also sometimes go out without foundation - although as I have ME, sometimes I look really tired and need it for that. I always dreamed of the day where I could just put a small amount of foundation on and off I go....that is here!! I am so happy and my self esteem has soared regarding that.
I'm not one for posting things like this (and I hope it's allowed) but it really has changed my life and I wanted to share with others. Obviously it may not suit everyone, but for the sake of a relatively small amount of money (for the sample set) it is possible for others to give it a try.
I am going to try and upload some pics but I don't think I have any that won't identify me! I shall have a look though.
Anyway, hope that helps someone!

I don't have acne but have used a Paula's Choice cleanser which I love.
I get bored of it, it lasts for ages, so I go and buy something that's been given a great write up comes in a pretty bottle and come back to this...

I also use this and love it

But this stuff isn't cheap, they really need a store here so you can try products and get advice.
Hope you sort your acne x0 -

I think the prices aren't too bad and a lot of them have samples available. And I phoned their number for advice the other day and the were really helpful - would definitely recommend! X0 -
I think I'll this brand.
I'm sick of my face. I'm 39 and still have teenage acne with nasty dark scars. Concealer won't even cover them. The only thing that calmed my face was Accutane but I don't want to go through all that again.Dave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0 -
