Secrets of Great British Castles Comp 2 - Thornbury Castle - Additional terms and conditions

1. There is one (1) prize of a trip to Thornbury Castle, Gloucestershire being offered for two (2) people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.

2. The prize offered includes the following: £250 per person travel allowance (£500 in total), four (4) nights accommodation at Thornbury Castle sharing a deluxe room, daily breakfast, 1 champagne Afternoon Tea for 2, 1 3-course dinner for 2 and one 60-minute in-room massage for 2.

3. The prize must be taken before 18th March 2016 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates; 15th December 2015 and 3rd January 2016, 14th February 2016. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5

4. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.

5. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

6. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

7. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

8. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

9. Transport between home and the UK departure/arrival point is the responsibility of
the prize winner.
