Default not dropped off

my husbands only default (and it was a joint one so caused when i went bankrupt) has a default date of 28/4/2009 but it still showing on experian today? is that normal or have I got the time scales wrong as I thought it was six years till it dropped off (it is also fully satisfied)

i dont suppose you can point me in the direction of the phone number for bankruptcy exchange tti still havnt removed a duplicate on my files

its tti spc, and theyve put it on twice for an old kays account
i dd speak to them before and they said they would remove it but now that number doesnt work
