Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) Lodge Holiday Home

The ownership of a lodge holiday home (“lodge holiday home”). The prize also includes connections, local authority and water rates, decking, dress kit, an inventory pack (including a microwave, kettle and a toaster), one (1) TV, a welcome pack (including champagne, flowers and various other goodies) and decking furniture. All site fees/pitch costs, electricity, gas and insurance costs up to 31 December 2016 (inclusive) are also included.

The lodge holiday home will be situated in one of eleven (11) holiday Park Resort locations within the UK run by the Prize Provider (the “holiday park location”). Parks included are: Crimdon Dene, Breydon Water, Manor Park, Skipsea Sands, Kessingland Beach, Southview, Withernsea Sands, Naze Marine, Thorness Bay, Carmarthen Bay and Sandylands. The winner may choose which one of the holiday park locations and which pitch location within the holiday park location (the “pitch location”) they wish to locate their chosen lodge holiday home on, subject to availability and confirmation by the Prize Provider.

The lodge holiday home is a Willerby Clearwater lodge holiday home with a minimum of two (2) bedrooms and includes use of facilities within the holiday park location and entertainment within the holiday park location. The lodge holiday home also includes wrap around deck, Owners Elite membership and a Park Resorts standard electrical pack.

Beginning on 1 January 2017, the winner may choose and agree with the Prize Provider one of the following options (the “options”): (i) keep the lodge holiday home where situated at the pitch location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the lodge holiday home, including but not limited to, paying the relevant fees for the pitch location, insurance and running costs; or (ii) sell the lodge holiday home (in which case the Prize Provider must be given first opportunity to buy the lodge holiday home back from the winner at competitive market rates, and bear all costs associated with such sale); or (iii) sell the lodge holiday home privately subject to option (ii), and bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or (iv) move the lodge holiday home to another holiday park location and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the lodge holiday home on the chosen holiday park location. It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the Prize Provider by 1 January 2017 which of the options they wish to take up.

The Prize Provider will contact the winner within two (2) weeks of winner confirmation and the winner must allow up to thirty (30) days from winner confirmation to receive the key for and to occupy the lodge holiday home.

The Prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the lodge holiday home, nor does it include transportation costs of the lodge holiday home at any time, except for initial delivery of the lodge holiday home to the winner’s chosen pitch location before 31 December 2016.
